I’ve bought from this brand before and usually really like their stuff, so I expected the exchange to be straightforward. Instead, it turned into a bit of a back-and-forth with way too many emails. The form wasn’t super clear, and I ended up having to ask twice just to figure out where I was supposed to send the item.
They did get it sorted eventually, which I appreciate, but the whole thing felt slower and more annoying than it needed to be. I still like the brand, which is why this was kind of disappointing. Not a horrible experience, just not as easy as I thought it would be.

I had a problem with my order and dealing with support was frustrating. Their replies were super short and unclear, so I kept having to guess what they meant and explain the same thing over again. Even after all that, nothing was properly fixed. It really felt like they were just brushing me off and hoping I’d stop asking. I won’t be ordering from Thevalestore again.

The return info wasnt easy to find, and some of it didnt really explain what I was supposed to do. I ended up guessing and having to contact them, which was frustrating. the return policy should be clear before you buy, not something you have to figure out after

I tried ordering from thevalestore.com for the first time and it was a smooth experience. The site was simple to use, everything looked clear, and I didn’t get any weird or sketchy vibes while checking out.
I got updates when I expected them, there were no surprise charges, and my order arrived just fine. I liked that the details were easy to understand before I paid, so I’d be comfortable ordering from them again

It was higher than I expected and it kind of took the shine off the whole purchase. Like, what looked like a decent deal suddenly didn’t feel that great anymore. Delivery was okay, not super quick but not painfully slow either. I might order again, but only if the shipping is more reasonable next time

One item even showed as available on the product page and then just disappeared from my basket. Maybe they’re usually better with updates, but this was frustrating and made the stock info feel unreliable

Customer service was genuinely helpful and got my issue sorted out, which I really appreciated. The only downside was that it took a little while for them to get back to me, but once they did, everything was handled well.

I had to wait what felt like forever to get my refund, and it was frustrating. Support kept saying things like “it should be processed soon” and “just give it a little more time,” but it dragged on way longer than I expected. Not a great experience...

I ordered from thevalestore.com just last week, so this is still fresh in my mind. the shipping was better than I was expecting, and I got the tracking email the next day, which made the whole thing feel easy enough.
The package got to me in about 3 days, and everything looked fine when it arrived. The box wasn’t beat up or anything, so no complaints there. It wasn’t the absolute fastest shipping I’ve ever had, but based on this order, I’d say they did a solid job.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the tracking didn’t really update much at the beginning, which was a little annoying. But since my most recent experience ended up being smooth overall, I’d probably order from them again

Checkout on thevalestore.com was okay, like it got the job done, but it wasn’t exactly smooth. A couple pages felt like they were taking longer than they should, and at one point I found myself going back over my details because I wasn’t totally sure everything had gone through right or if I’d missed something.

The payment did go through in the end, and I got the order confirmation email, so it wasn’t a disaster or anything. Just kind of one of those checkouts where you’re like, “Alright, this works, but it could definitely be cleaner.” Not terrible, not great, 3 stars feels about right.

I thought it was a good value for the price. It’s not perfect, and that one thing could be better, but for what you’re paying, it’s not bad at all.

I’ve ordered from thevalestore.com twice now, and both times my delivery arrived on the date they said it would. I’m usually cautious with online orders and keep an eye on tracking just in case, but there wasn’t really any hassle here. When I got to the payment step, something about the checkout just didn’t feel secure to me. I wasn’t sure if my payment info was being handled safely, so I ended up leaving the site feeling worried...

The box arrived neat overall, just had a small dent on one corner. Compared to some other packages I’ve received lately, this one was actually in good shape, so I can’t really complain.

Looked nicer online than in person. Size/material felt a bit off, so yeah, bit disappointing. Not awful, just needs a clearer description.
